Ok guys i blame this on u all after seeing all your fine collections, i have it in mind to start my own. Now whether this is a impossible dream or not i want to try and collect 1 of every shield type possible with a +30, -3wH mod..... Now the question i have about this is, what shields DO NOT come o/s? Or are all shields available in o/s?

Now obviously i doubt im even gonna be able to purchase them so im just gonna farm and hope for the best lol hence why im not gonna worry about whether theyre a high req or not.

Thanks for your help guys .... Hopefully one day ill be able to post a fine collection, like the ones already posted on here

Some of those could have dropped during the Maso quests, but to the best of my knowledge, none of those drops included 30/-3 mods.

Or you could choose to collect items which no longer drop if you want to give yourself more of a challenge.

But they turn out to be pricey, so you'll need a way to fund yourself. Speed clearing, trading and farming are the obvious methods.

Find a collecting niche for yourself, and make it your own. +30-3 shields are a good one. Some of those will be quite rare. That should be a good collection to put in your display cabinet. I can't think of any other collectors who go after those for the mods.

Thank you guys i knew i could count on good helpful advice, and lol Max collecting things that dont drop now is abit outta my league, made myself broke helping guildies before i left last time, hopefully my luck will be good and i get a few drops. And anything else i get will fund it.
And i apprieciate the offer of help

im sure at somepoint ill need more advice on this

And after seeing how much The +30 -3 magmus shield is at the moment im gonna need all the luck i can get lol

Well from oldschool shields magmas is one of most desired and valued skins, most of others you will find cheaper

Magma is about as expensive and hard to find as they come. Don't let that haunt you. Most are much cheaper in 30/-3 even.

i personnally farmed my first 400k, after that i went trading maniacs and build up from that. If you have a small amount you can grow it if you know market price of some common wanted item. As you seems to know, ask for help or advise don't be shy. We have a pretty nice collector cummunity that can help and know what they talkin about !

I think i will need to farm and farm quickly lol build up some ectos asap

as alrdy ive be offered a few of the shields i want, wish me luck trading and farming again ty for all your advice

I farmed 92 ectos from Speed-clearing, and began to invest in items I knew I could trade.
The trades got larger, supplemented by continued speed-clearing, and the funds began to grow. Be careful though. Honest and gentlemanly trading is the hard choice. There are far too many traders who trade dishonestly (none in [PhD] of course) to be found in Kamadan.

The gentleman Collector's path is an honest one. Tread carefully old chap. Only the collectors who walk the gentlemanly path can achieve respect for the contents of their display cases.
